MAN DIES IN SHOOTING INCIDENT ON FOURTH STREET (7/13/2006) NEW HAVEN – An 18-year-old city man died last night as the result of a shooting that took place at approximately 10:45 p.m. in the area of 84 Fourth Street. A second man was injured in the incident. Domingo Rodriguez was brought to Yale-New Haven Hospital and died a short time later. Carlos Lacen, 19, of 35 Chatham Street, was brought to the Hospital of Saint Raphael where he is in critical but stable condition.
